Return and Refund Policy at WoodenThinkers

We understand that choosing the right toy is important, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your product.

Eligibility
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return
To start your return, please contact us at info@woodthinkers.com. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return the item to: 2 Balally Rd, Sandyford, Dublin 16.

Shipping Costs
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. If the toy does not meet our return criteria, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
If your wooden toy arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on customized items, sale items, or any toys showing signs of wear and tear.

Exchanges
To exchange a toy, initiate a return and then place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union Customers
EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason. The toy must meet all eligibility criteria as stated above.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
